What is MyProvidenceHealth?

MyProvidenceHealth is an online patient portal which allows you to access your health information online in a safe and secure manner.  You can access your portal from anywhere using a web browser – including your smartphone or tablet.  This allows you to manage your health information 24/7.

What information can I find in MyProvidenceHealth?

The information in the portal is from your Providence Electronic Health Record.  It may include the following from your inpatient, Emergency Care Center, and outpatient hospital visits:

  • Lab and radiology results
  • Physician reports and health summaries
  • Allergies and conditions
  • Discharge instructions and forms
  • Medications with instructions
  • Visit history and upcoming appointments
  • Billing information
